Special Educational Needs and Disability Information Advice and Support Service


The Special Educational Needs Disablity Information and Advice Support Service (SENDIASS) is a free independent confidential service working with all parents and carers of children (between the age of 0 and 25) with Special Educational Needs as well as directly with the young people themselves. 


From April 1st 2019 the service has changed and is now digital.  This will empower parents and carers, children and young people to find the right advice and guidance instantly, so they can make informed decisions about themselves or their child’s education.

Our telephone surgery hours are:
10:00 – 14:00 Mon and Wed

All messages left at any other time will be listened to during these hours. will only respond to emails where an open referral number is stated.
